Given the added traffic handle, we recommend considering your dog's size before purchase. This leash is best suited for medium to larger dogs to ensure comfort and ease of use for both you and your pet.

Please Note:
The carabiners used in our leashes are made from high-quality aluminum with a black coating. While this coating adds a sleek, stylish finish, it may develop cosmetic scratches over time, especially if it comes into contact with other metal objects. These scratches do not affect the functionality, strength, or durability of the carabiner and are purely aesthetic.

The length of the leash includes the handle but excludes the carabiner. Given that each leash is handcrafted, there can be a slight variation of 3-5 cm in length.

Each leash is handcrafted with care upon order, ensuring top quality for you and your pup. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to craft and prepare your order for shipping. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6, to most EU countries €10, and to Greece and Malta €13. Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping across the EU. Once dispatched, delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other EU countries may take 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Returns:
We stand by the quality of our leashes. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Customised or personalised products cannot be returned.
