At Wilderwoofs, we build our products to last, but we know that life with dogs can be unpredictable. Whether it is normal wear and tear or an accidental chew, we are here to help keep your gear in shape for many more walks together.
What we offer
We provide repair services for leashes that need a little extra care due to damage or wear. There is a small fee to cover materials and labor, plus the shipping cost back to you. If a repair is possible, we will do our best to bring your gear back to life so it can keep joining you on new adventures.
How to get started
If your leash needs a repair, send us an email at support@wilderwoofs.com with the subject "REPAIR REQUEST". Please include your order number (if available) and clear photos of the damage. This helps us assess the repair and get back to you with the next steps as quickly as possible.
