Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide from Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Please note that orders outside the EU do not include taxes or import duties. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may need to pay additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. 

Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping within Netherlands.

Estimated Delivery Times

Each leash and accessory made with rope is handcrafted with care after you place your order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to craft and prepare these items for shipping.

For ready-to-ship items (like harnesses, toys, poop bags, etc.), orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. If your order includes both handmade and ready-to-ship items, everything will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

• 1–2 business days within the Netherlands
• 5–10 business days to most European countries
• 7–21 business days for international destinations outside Europe

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via PostNL or DHL to ensure a reliable and safe delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. This allows you to follow your order’s journey right to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. If your order was shipped to a home or work address, please check with your household members, neighbours, reception, or colleagues to see if they accepted the delivery.
