What’s covered:
• Rope issues like tearing, fraying, or the rope coming apart (not caused by chewing or misuse)
• Broken or malfunctioning carabiners, unless the damage was caused by external factors (e.g. the lock stops working due to sand getting inside)

Our gear is built to handle daily adventures, but some wear and tear is normal over time.

What’s not covered:
• Damage caused by chewing, destruction, or irresponsible use
• Cosmetic changes like fading or wear-off of black hardware coating
• Failure to maintain the product (e.g. not rinsing after saltwater use)
• Accidents or modifications

If you believe your leash has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo and a description of the issue at support@wilderwoofs.com. We’ll review your case and get back to you with the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair or a full replacement.

If your leash was damaged by accident (for example, chewing), the warranty doesn’t apply, but we may still be able to help. If the repair is technically possible, we’re happy to offer a fix for a small fee.
