The Safety Adapter adds an extra layer of security for dogs who wear both a harness and a collar. It connects them together, giving you peace of mind that your dog stays safe even if one piece of gear fails or slips off.

The sliding ring makes it easy to attach your leash and helps distribute length between the collar and harness, keeping walks balanced and comfortable.

Handcrafted in Amsterdam from strong climbing rope and lightweight aluminum hardware, it’s built for reliability and designed for everyday use.

How to choose the length?

Measure the distance between your dog’s collar and harness leash attachment points and add 45 cm to your measurement. If in doubt, choose the longer option for more flexibility.

  • Made from durable 7–8 mm climbing rope – strong and reliable, best suited for small to medium dogs
  • Sliding ring – helps distribute leash length evenly between collar and harness
  • Lightweight aluminum carabiners with screw-lock or twist-lock – prevents accidental openings

Please note:

The hardware has a black coating that may wear over time. This is cosmetic and not a defect. Length may vary slightly (±1–2 cm) due to handcrafted nature.

Care instructions:
For the longest life of your rope gear, we recommend hand washing. Use cool or lukewarm water with mild soap, and gently scrub any dirty areas with the soft side of a sponge. Rinse well and let it air dry away from direct sunlight. If you prefer to machine wash, treat it like a wool sweater. Place the leash in a washing bag, use a gentle cycle at 30°C, skip the spin cycle, and do not tumble dry.

Each leash and rope accessory is handcrafted to order, so please allow 1–2 weeks for us to make and prepare your items before shipping.

Ready-to-ship products (like harnesses, toys, and poop bags) are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

If your order includes both, everything will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and 5–10 business days to most other countries, depending on your location.
