The hardware has a black coating that may wear over time. This is cosmetic and not a defect. Length may vary slightly (±3–5 cm) due to handcrafted nature.

Care instructions:
For the longest life of your rope gear, we recommend hand washing. Use cool or lukewarm water with mild soap, and gently scrub any dirty areas with the soft side of a sponge. Rinse well and let it air dry away from direct sunlight. If you prefer to machine wash, treat it like a wool sweater. Place the leash in a washing bag, use a gentle cycle at 30°C, skip the spin cycle, and do not tumble dry.

Each leash and rope accessory is handcrafted to order, so please allow 1–2 weeks for us to make and prepare your items before shipping.

Ready-to-ship products (like harnesses, toys, and poop bags) are dispatched within 2–3 business days.

If your order includes both, everything will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within the Netherlands and 5–10 business days to most other countries, depending on your location.

Returns Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags and original packaging intact.

Customised or personalised products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
