Each leash and rope accessory is handcrafted with care after you place your order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for us to craft and prepare these items for shipping.
Ready-to-ship items (like harnesses, toys, and poop bags) are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
If your order includes both, all items will be shipped together once everything is ready. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping. Once dispatched, delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other countries may take 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Returns:
We stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging with tags still attached. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Customised or personalised products cannot be returned.
