Machine washable on a gentle cycle at 30° using a washing bag to protect the keychain. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Each leash is handcrafted with care upon order, ensuring top quality for you and your pup. Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to craft and prepare your order for shipping. Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6, to most EU countries €10, and to Greece and Malta €13. Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping across the EU. Once dispatched, delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1-2 business days, while deliveries to other EU countries may take 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
Returns:
We stand by the quality of our leashes. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable. Customised or personalised products cannot be returned.
