Each leash is handcrafted with care upon order, ensuring the highest quality for you and your pup. Please allow us 5-10 business days to craft and dispatch your order. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order for adventure. Once shipped, deliveries within the EU can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days, based on your location.

Returns:
We stand by the quality of our leashes. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.
